Today fourteen years ago my dog, Seamus, was born. I have had him for 12 years. He spent 6 months in a no kill kennel before my mom rescued him. I was living with my mother at the time but was engaged to be married. My mom died a month after I was married so Seamus came to leave with me and Paul. We almost lost him last year due to him being poisoned by the dog biscuits we were feeding him. I thank God for each and every day I have with him. He is always glad to see me and barks when he hears me drive up the driveway. That in itself is a miracle since the first 10 years of his life he never barked.
