Rain At Last!

For the last three days it has been raining. We sure need it but I'm getting tired of staying cooped up. I had a nice Christmas. Paul was able to be home Christmas day after all. He unfortunatley has gotten a cold. He has been real sick the last few days. I talked to my sister on Christmas day. I hadn't talked to her in a month and it was good to catch up with her and the boys. As 2007 ends, I reflect all that has happened. I have grown at lot at work. My delegation skills and talking with my staff has gotten better. My spiritual life has also deepened. I will be setting up my goals for the next year and will post those in the next few days. I hope everyone has a better 2008. As Brad reflected this morning, we all must make choices and act on those decisions to have a good 2008. Circumstances are dealt to us but it is how we act or react that makes our day/year.
