Pets and Things that Grow

Well it is close to the beginning of the month and that means giving the animals their medicine. This year the ticks have been pretty bad on the cats' butt. Each of them have had a variety of ticks attach to their behinds. We give them flea medicine that controls the fleas but doesn't address the tick issue. I am not aware of anything that will protect them from those mean ticks.

Paul yesterday decided to create buckets to grow upside down tomatoes. They are planted in bright orange Home Depot buckets. He created a stand that they hang from attached to the back porch. Lets home that they produce some tomatoes. I love to eat tomatoes and I look forward to being able to just go outside the back door and pick one off the vine.

I did get my wii and have been playing with it. I am so sore. Each of the games target different muscle sets. I hope that by playing the games and my new diet will enable me to lose a little weight. I am not terrible overweight but my clothes are not really fitting me. (They are a little to tight.)
