Last week we went to a recommended restaurant in Anaheim. It was called the White House. The food was prepared by two chiefs that have won the top California chief award. My food was rather good. I had a vegetarian ravioli. My colleagues had a surf and turf that they said was a special for the night where they would substitute the shrimp for prawn. Gary saw that the surf and turf was listed in the menu for about $35. Another colleague asked for the tuna appetizer but instead received the dinner portion. Gary's dinner cost him $70. I thought he was going to have a cow. Here are picture for both of their dinners. The service was not that great. We had to ask for a drink menu several times. The waiter was confusing when getting our orders which is why I think we didn't get what we ordered. The waiter never came by to ask us how things were. If in cheap restaurants that I have been to in Covington have had better service.
